Digital Products

Since Gajabooks.com offers non-tangible, digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  1. Non-Delivery of Product: In case you do not receive the digital product link from us, due to some mailing issues of your email provider or your own mail server, you can contact us within 7 days from the order placing date at contact@gajabooks.com for assistance. Upon confirmation, we will resend the product link at no additional cost.
  2. Download Issues: If you face trouble downloading the product, contact us within 5 business days from the purchase at contact@gajabooks.com. We will address the issue, and if we are unable to provide a functional download link, a refund will be granted.
  3. Major Defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our team’s review. If any deficiency is confirmed and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the notice of the initial complaint, the cost of the product will be refunded in full.
  4. Product Not-as-Described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to the best possible product description match. Evidence must be provided that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Requests for a Return

If you believe your case merits a refund, you are required to notify us in writing of your wish to cancel your purchase order by contacting contact@gajabooks.com. Please include your order number, the date of purchase, and your issue with the product. We will respond within 48 hours with our initial review of your refund request. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Physical Products

For physical book sales, we redirect to Amazon and other websites. All physical product links directed through our website to Amazon are subject to Amazon’s own cancellation and refund policies. Please refer directly to Amazon’s website for their policies.
